Tradition





In Nepal we have different cultures, rituals and festivals. Since, there are many Religions in Nepal they have there own ways of eating habbit, dressing and festivals. Sherpa have there own festivals like Loshar, They mostly wear Bakhu Since they live in High himalayas. In the middle hill there is the settlement of Specially brahmin chhetrris and other caste. They are very tradtional. They prefer Daurasuruwal, Gunyocholi. They prefer to eat sweet dishes. In this region they grow maize, barley, buckwheat etc. In the lower part of terai there is the settlement of tharu, and other caste. They prefer to wearLight dresses . They eat rice and there cuisine are mostky spicy.

Animals

In nepal we find different types of animals. Tigers, Beers, Deer, Leopard etc are found here. They live in the jungles and some live in the protected areas like sanctuary, nationals parks etc.
Many of them are endagered specis and they have to be taken care to make their existence alive.

Social evils


Whole or part of social and cultural practises that are practised in a society in the form of custom, traditions, rituals , festives , norms and valuer that have negative or adverse effect on a particular gender or sex , caste or ethnic group, children, elders in both speech and action are known as social evils.Such as child marriage caste based discrimination, multiple marriage,isolating women from home and family during mensturation period, accusing some women of being witches in the name of social and cultural practises.

Swayambhunath


It is situated on the small hilltop in kaathmandu. It is a very important place of buddhists pilgrimage. There are several shrines manastries and idols around the stupas. Recently the largest isol of Lord Buddha in Nepal has been constructed in its premises.Ther is atemple of saraswati. It is an excellent religious tolerance in nepal.

Bhaktapur durbar


This durbar square consists of the palaces of the malla kings and several temples. It is located in the bhaktapur district, about 15 km east to kathmandu. There are majestic places and temples such as the Golden gate temple, Nyatapol temple, Dattaray, Fiftyfive windowed temple etcThere are splendid carvings on the wall windows and the doors. Tsere are marvelous idols and statues.

The patan Durbar square


It is located in lalitpur disttrict. There were the palaces of the malla kings in medieval Nepal. The patan durbar square is famous for its art and architecture. The most famous krishna temple, built in the shikhar style, is located here. Besides this there are bhimsen temple, bishwan temple, jagat narayan temple,banglamukhi temple,etc. which attract many fpriegners. it is enlisted in world heritage sites.

The hanumandhoka durbar square

It is located at the center of the kathmandu. Malla king pratap malla condtructed and established the statue of hanuman in front of hos palace. hence it was named hanumandhola. there are some famous masterpieces of nepali art and articethure such as the statue of hanuman, the basantapur palace, taleju temple, museum, kumari house, kasthamandap, large traditional bell and kettle_drum in this area. it is very popular tourist destination.

Pashupatinath


It is the holiest place of the hindus in nepal wch is situad on the bank of the river bagmati in kathmandu. This area includes Deupatan, Jayabageswori, Kutumbahal, Gaushala, Pingalsthan and the area around the shleshmantak forest. there are about 492 temples, shrines, chaityas, satals, etc mostly built in pagoda style. There are about one thousand shivalingas in this area.This are is an excellent combination of ancient art, artiecture, sculpture and carvings. The pashupati development trust looks after this area for its preservation and promotion. thousand of pilgrims and tourist visit this area.

global warming


Nowadays there is one major problem which is affecting whole world that is global warming. Nepal is also affected by this problem. Temperature in nepal is increasing. We are facing lots of problem due to this. Crops are not growing in time and which is also grown is less in production. Many of the part is fashing the problem of famine, draught, rapid rainfall, less rainfall etc. Not only human beings differnt species of plant and animal are in the verge of lossing its existence. Different steps are necessary in order to stop this problem. The emission of carbon and other harmful gases should be stop. The deforestation should be stop and the new plants are to be planted. Every person should be aware what they can do to contribute to save their mather earth.
